Mortal Shell II – Trophy List and Achievements Guide

Complete every Mortal Shell II trophy and achievement with a full list of requirements, missables, collectible objectives, and the best Platinum strategy.

Mortal Shell II – Trophy List and Achievements GuideMortal Shell II has a significantly larger completion list than the original game, with 53 trophies on PlayStation 5, including the Platinum.

The list covers story progression, bosses, all eight Shells, Weapons, Sidearms, Tarstones, Map Fragments, Beacons, Shell Memories, several optional interactions, and a few demanding missable challenges.

Earning the Platinum also requires progressing into New Game++ because there are not enough Glimpses in a single playthrough to unlock every Shell Memory. The Devout Edition entered advanced access on August 17, 2026, while the Standard Edition releases on August 20, 2026.

1. Mortal Shell II Trophy & Achievement Structure

The Mortal Shell II trophy list is heavily focused on exploration and completion rather than simply finishing the campaign.

You need to collect every major weapon type, unlock every Shell, clear every Beacon, defeat the major bosses, and complete several side activities before moving into New Game+ and New Game++ for the remaining Shell Memories.

Three trophies are currently considered genuinely missable: Mid Summer?, No, You Still Can’t Win, and Peter’s Perfect Parry. The first two occur during the opening/tutorial section and cannot be revisited in New Game+, while Peter’s Perfect Parry is tied to The Nameless Captive boss fight.

3. Best Platinum Trophy Strategy

Mortal Shell II Gameplay

The easiest Platinum route is to complete almost everything during your first playthrough, then use NG+ and NG++ mainly for the extra Glimpses needed for all Shell Memories.

  1. Get the tutorial missables first: unlock Mid Summer? and No, You Still Can’t Win before leaving the opening section.
  2. Complete all major collectibles and progression: clear Beacons, collect Ova, Tarstones, Map Fragments, Weapons, Sidearms, and all Shells.
  3. Handle important first-run requirements: grab the Temple of Vatra Tarstone and raise Sester Genessa to Bond Tier 4 before NG+.
  4. Get Peter’s Perfect Parry before defeating The Nameless Captive.
  5. Clean up optional trophies like Feed Me, Ascension, Bag Holder, Heavy Metal, Decked Out, and Over 9000 before starting NG+.
  6. Use NG+ and NG++ for Glimpses and Shell Memories until all 40 Memories are unlocked for Seeking the Past.

Once every other trophy is complete, No Lifer unlocks automatically.
